HP L28500 Large format printer Issues..

Hey i am looking for anyone that can help with info on my issue

I have a blown Bag error 24:10 on the Hp L28500 and I can not boot the Printer as it gets to about 60-70% thru the boot sequence and throws the error and wants to be shut down...
Is there anyway to force boot that machine so I can get into the service Menue? I need to clear the code. no issues with ink in air lines or vice versa... It will not let the machine boot up.... Help is greatly appreciated.

You have to replace the faulty cartridge with a new one and then run broken bag recovery from diagnostics.

It is for Z6100 but worked for L26500 and will do the job on L28500
