HP L310 - no power after moving.

Anyone have a suggestion for me? Outlets both have 220v at both locations (120v each side per plug, 240v total per plug). Printer is just not going live, though. I have the back panel off where the printer plug goes in, and no lights on the power supply right above the plug.

Any ideas? Is there an internal fuse somewhere I'm missing? Is there another power switch I'm missing somewhere besides the one on the main power supply? Printer worked fine before we moved it last weekend.

Same thing just happened to my L25500 printer

The exact same thing happened to me, I bought the printer in Pennsylvanian and tested everything, printer worked perfectly. Loaded on a nice enclosed trailer, move went fine, got it to Michigan. had an electrician wire the two 220 circuits, I have 120 on each side of each plug. Nothing happens when I flick the switch in the back, no lights, no fans, nothing.

We took tested the power out to the mother board and it has zero voltage on any pin.
Any ideas anyone?

Should be on the rear of the machine near the power cords and switch. On the 2 series it has a blue toggle on each breaker.

Yeah, the 3 series definitely don't have those. At least no where I can see, and I've even taken the back metal covers off.

according to the service manual, if you have no lights at the back of the machine with the switch in the on position could mean a faulty power supply or that the GCFI built in to the circuit breaker is tripped.

Does it indicate where the breaker is?

It doesn't, the way its worded I'm thinking they are referring to the input power side.
Okay, thanks. I looked everywhere and there sure isn't any sort of additional breaker/switch aside from the main switch in the back. I'll update this post tomorrow after the HP tech looks at it and/or (hopefully) fixes it.

Bump for an update.

My 220 was installed incorrectly. Though it showed the proper voltage, the wrong type of breaker was used. All is well. :rock-n-roll:
