Hi all can someone please help me work out that is going on with my printer I have changed the encoder strip replaced the belt I have done a manual print head alignment
Every thing looks fine

When I print the internal print to see what is going on with the printer it prints perfectly I will attach a photo

So I draw my work up in Illistrator and expand all text to a vector line save the file to a usb plug it into my windows laptop for the printer and print it off Any time I print from production manager if it is a straight line both horizontally and vertically it will print fine but if the line is curved, it will not print a perfect line. The curve call Look stepped

Please if any one knows of a setting maybe I can change I just don’t get why the internal print is fine and anything from my computer it looks horrible

Check the resolution of the raster file that the RIP software is set to generate. I generally use 600 dpi (should really read ppi) for everything sent from the RIP.

I have a Latex 115, and I am wondering if you could offer guidance on how you replaced the belt? Thank you in advance!
