Experiencing Vertical Banding on 3M LX480CV3 as seen in the picture.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/x7h7u6bvcesnno0/banding.jpg?dl=0

It only happens on this film, im at a loss as to what is causing it.
Im going to try some drastic heating changes to see if it helps.

It's wierd how the banding is somewhat uniform, but its almostly completely washed out on the right side.

Please help if you can!

look at your marks and see if they line up with the same areas on the pinch rollers.
looks like its marks left behind from that.
i would clean your rollers or see about increasing the vacuum a tad bit

I've seen those before also but not that bad. It does have to do with the pinch rollers; but it's not because they're dirty. I think mine disappeared after lamination, but those might not.

The marks line up with the rubber rollers! The ones after the pinch rollers.
Im not sure what this means.

EDIT: This makes no sense. Where the printer lays down ink is a few inches
before the rubber rollers. I don't understand why the rubber rollers could
cause this. The film would have to be very sensitive to how it dries i suppose.
Going to continue to reduce heat.

Admittedly we don't print on cast films very often.
In fact our standard calendared film we print on
we never have to mess with the profiles on.

Can anyone suggest which one i should lower?
The curing temperature or the drying temperature?

EDIT: Fixed by lowering temperature on the Drying
....almost to maximum allowed. Around 107 F.

Seems strange to me, hopefully the thermal sensor isn't messed up.
