HP Latex 360- Printable Reflective showing Pinch roller marks

Hi ya'll, I used to have no issues printing on this material at all. I'm using Brightline Printable reflective on an HP Latex 360.
One day my optimizer printhead failed and had to be replaced, and since then this is the only material that I cant get to print right again. So maybe it has something to do with that, or maybe it's just a coincidence and the stock itself is lower quality than it used to be?

The problem is that I am seeing pinch roller marks on my prints. They are very similar to the marks I get on white reflective on the the graphtec when the roller pressure is high. They look like pressure marks, but just affects how the ink prints whereas on the graphtec I see the material darken wherever the rollers flatten it. But the marks definitely still align with the rollers.

I've attached two photos, one with flash and one without because with the reflective material the marks are more visible in reflective light.

New Revelation:
Increasing the optimizer level does reduce the appearance of the lines a little. The original profile had optimizer at 12, I went to 24, 36, even 50.
At 50 the print starts without a problem, it looks great for a couple inches- no lines. Then the problem happens.

Should I try 75% optimizer?

my coworker said I probably have a bad optimizer printhead. He says sometimes they just send bad replacements. He's probably right. But it gets the job done on every other type of paper. When I print the test plots the optimizer portion looks normal to me but that's a really hard plot to even check since it's invisible and all and it's printing fine on the stock we test print with. I guess I'll just have to order a new one at some point and see if it prints better. fml

Seems like a bad roll.
You can verify by cleaning 5 feet and test print.
I considered this as a possibility. I didnt really have the luxury of wasting a bunch of it to test that theory. My other printer, which is a UV printer, prints on it fine so I ran it on that instead.
