HP Latex 360 printer not printing square / skewing print

Hello All, looking for tips on how to correct my HP Latex 360 not printing square / skewing the print. I can really tell when it is running through the plotter and the print is sneaking to one side while the media is perfectly straight. I read some previous forums on bowing and skewing and incorrect loading, but it really didn't solve my issue.
