Anyone know what would cause this to happen with all prints after 3-5”

Optimizer issues... replace printhead.

it does look like optimiser issue. have you run a print head test? if not recommend that as first course of action. depending if it shows up as an issue i would firstly remove optimiser head and give it a manual clean. failing that replace it.
