HP Latex 365 Streaking/Scratching

Im getting horizontal streaks and scratches on my prints, and frequent head strikes from my Latex 365. It happens across multiple substrates, and did not do this until about 2 weeks ago. Is there any sort of print height adjustment that I can make or checks I can do to determine if something has moved out of factory spec? it has happened both with and without the takeup reel. My printer does not have a functional rewind motor, but that hasnt caused this issue before (makes plenty of other issues, but we've become pretty good at dealing with it). Any ideas or direction would be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you recently replace the main cart, by chance before this started? I had a similar issue with mine and it ended up being a faulty maintenence cartridge. It was sitting up a tinge to high, just faulty from the factory. Once i figured it out and swapped it, runs fine again. Hope your problem is that easy, good luck!

How much ist your SMK1 counter? There is no height adjustment. It's the bronze bushings and the lower and upper rail the carriage runs on, that defines the height. So if the bushings have too much wear, it could cause your problem. With SMK1, the carriage with bushings gets replaced.
