HP Latex 560 - Error 48.03

I have an HP Latex 560 and was in the middle of printing banners when the printer threw the error 48.03 (Wiper-roller error) and stopped printing.

According to the troubleshooting guide, it states that if the problem persists to reduce the back tension of the substrate, from the front panel.

Does anyone know how to do this exactly?

Very frustrated, as I have 1 banner left to print to finish the job.

You are using the wiper roller I assume?
To reduce the tension, read user manual. If that is not possible do the following.
Go to Substrate library, select your profile, modify, pen, left bottom advanced settings, tension. Next next finish etc.
