The takeup on our new (used) L560 is going a bit weird/crazy, if you wind with image side out as normally the takeup reverses and goes forward, reverses and goes forward at the whole time it prints. It does takeup as it should but it moves a lot more backwards than it should, and as a result the dancer bar goes up and down all the time. I've loaded it correctly and I've tried a lot of different back and forth in the lever but to no avail. Is there a setting that is wrong?

Video? I would probably open the end up and clean around, maybe there's something interrupting it.
There is settings for very low tension and extra high tension (I think it's like this). Then it moves a little differently.
