HP Latex 570 18.10:10 errro Please Help!

The L570 worked fine before Xmas.
However it showed 18.10:10 error anytime when I tried to print today.
power off/on doesn't solve the problem.
According to the menu, it is the top extraction/condenser fan.

I can activate the top fan in the curing menu and hear it running.

When I removed and switched the two fans, both fans were running before it showed 18.20:10 error.

Will it confrim that the top fan is faulty?

is it the fan or board?

You can swap the connectors I think and double check that the fault moves.

like you suggest, I swap the fans, the faults move from 18.10:10 to18.20:10 error. so it must be the faulty top fan?
