Need Help HP Latex 570 Error Code 19.11:10

Hey guys my HP latex 570 is throwing this code 19.11:10 and I can not find it anywhere online or in the manual. I talked to the hp tech and he said they need to send a technician out but I want to avoid paying the 2 grand if possible... any help is greatly appreciated!

I've already replaced one of these boards that cause the error on my 570 a year ago and now I'm getting the same error... I'm still under warranty so the tech is coming out this Monday, thank God...
These new printers are not built to last. As far as I know there's no trick to get it going again, the boards just go bad. Utterly ridiculous for a $50k printer I bought only 2 years ago.
