HP Latex 700W

Hey everyone! I own an HP Latex 700W that I purchased back in 2021, but I’ve decided to sell it. I only used it for about two weeks in total before storing it away. The cartridges are still 90% full, though they’ve expired, and the same goes for the print heads. If anyone’s interested, feel free to reach out so we can chat about it.

Also, does anyone know if it’s possible to reset the chips on expired cartridges and print heads? I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

No way to reset and why would you need to. It should let you use it even if expired.
Just resetting the chip doesn't make the ink new...

Thank you for your response. The problem is, they are almost full, but since they've expired, the printer keeps giving me an error message saying to replace them. That's why I thought there was some way to reset the chips and use them. I hate throwing away the new cartridges. Could you please clarify how I can use them in this case?

Alright so if it doesn't let you use it there's nothing you can do about it.

The ink is old anyway, it's not new. Mix of chemicals that will go bad eventually.
Without seeing it your ink could have been manufactured almost 6-7 years ago.

This printer model includes a conservation feature for when it's not in use. We followed all the instructions and requirements exactly during setup. However, when we turned it on, two main errors appeared on the screen: one indicating that the time has expired and the other stating that the printheads and cartridges need to be replaced. I'm curious if there's a way to reset the chips, as I've personally seen this done on other models and it worked perfectly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
