We have recently run into an issue where our connection for the optimizer ink cartridge has failed. We did all the checks and have exhausted our capabilities. We are now at the point where we need to replace the connector for said ink cartridge slot. As we are in Bermuda and purchased the printed through a non-licensed reseller we cannot get any service for our machine. Does anybody know a place that would sell the part we need?

Are you completely sure you don't have any issues with the cartridges?
I don't know who would sell the connector to you but it's Y0U21-67147.

Definitely no issues with the cartridge(s) we have two optimizer cartridges in stock and both of them seem fine. Chips are centered and the acumen marks don't show any signs of connector overtravel. I may have found a reseller for the part but needed the part number which you just provided so thank you!
