Hi, We have this not so frequent issue where the lines for the carriage on our HP 800W keep jumping off of the track. They come off the track and end up dangling into the print zone. We end up having to pull the back panels off the printer and try to reseat the lines but then a couple months later it happens again. Anybody have any ideas?
