HP Latex 800W Error Code Troubleshooting Inquiry(I used Google Translate)

Hi, I work for a sign company in Korea and I use HP Latex 800W. This machine broke down 2 months ago. I asked an authorized HP dealer to repair it, but they said they can't repair it and they don't know what the problem is even though I replaced all the parts listed in the warning message. I'm frustrated and asking because it takes more time to contact HP headquarters for technical support.

I got the above warning message and the authorized HP dealer replaced one of the two main boards(?) installed in the back of the computer, but it didn't work, so I borrowed another board from another company and tested it, replaced the power board, borrowed a cable and tested it, but it didn't work, so I'm going to contact HP headquarters. It'll take more time. Talk once Let's see.

If the repair time is as long as it is now, it seems like it won't be fixed even after 4 months, so I'm looking for information on other methods on the Internet, but I'm limited, so I'm asking.

Has anyone experienced the same problem as us when the above warning appears? Or does anyone know what to check and how to fix it?

(I wrote this in Google translation, so there may be strange parts.)

Wow, google translate did a fine job. I don't really know what it could be, but sometimes getting a reply gets more eyes on a post, hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I sees this.

We had a curing module error, not quite the same one, but it turns out there was a pinched cable in the wrap that is on the left side.
Traced it and soldered the cable as the estimate to fix was 4k.

Check resistance of heater element in each curing module. You can also swap them and check if position-code varies. The second error code can be a result of the first code thrown.

Yeah and check out from the board side. Should be pretty easy and fast to figure out whetever it's the resistor, cables or electronics.

And make sure someone is moving the curing while you are checking it. Unless you really tried with all new cables.

2Is the attached photo below the Curing Control PCA? It seems to be the same board, but the connection code is connected differently. Is it connected correctly?
