Good day all, please help on how I can clear this error. I have identified the leak and surprisingly its coming from Lc though the error code says Black.

Ink has dripped to the connector possibly. Clean or replace PIP and clear leak from service menu.

Replace PIP for your OP issue.

Its in the diagnostic and under ink menu. Can't check right now.

Thanks I cleaned the connector and now all is well.

Op issue, I have ordered the PIP. is this a weakness in these machines? I have had to replace 2 other PIPs within 6 months!

Like I said in the other thread, you have the old version in the L330 originally. When you recieve the part it should say rev.2. or something like that in the package, new version.

It is somewhat weak point but it's pure luck it seems if you never break one or break 5.
