Hp latex skew and cutting

I’m kiss cutting (contour cut)
I’m printing on a hp latex 335 and die cutting on an Gerber envision 375 plotter

when I take the roll to contour cut it starts fine and die cuts accurately. As the job gets longer the cut is off by about 1/4”.

I was recommended to add more registration marks so the plotter can read them and realign as it cuts. However, the envision 375 doesn’t auto read registration marks :(

sound alike I have to get another plotter to work with my hp latex printer. :(

You would have to add a warmup job before the cut job. You can see at what point it starts to go wrong so that's actually the point where your job should really start.
Or at least split the cut job at that point so it has to read marks again.
