HP Latex Window Perf Profile for Flexi

I'm running an HP 335 with Flex 21 and need a Briteline window perf profile. I'm new to the software and our HP is not directly connected to the Internet, so I need a way to find and download profiles and then upload them over a LAN to the device. Any advice? (I've read the threads about window perf, print head drag, lower heat, etc. I'm hoping the right profile helps more than a generic one.) Using Briteline 65/35 specifically. Thank you.

You should also be able to download profile directly into your printer from the library search. Flexi should pick up on the download automatically.

HELP! Window Perf hates HP LATEX

Can someone provide a suggestion of a good window perf to use for the HP 360 and HP 560? Currently we use Briteline 70/30 and 80/20. They are both terrible partly due to the overly thick liner and just other series of problems. Once in a blue moon the 60" wide rolls of 80/20 will cooperate...
