Hp Lx800 Error

Hello i just installed a new LX800 at the shop and I keep getting these errors.
My biggest concert is the top one printer error code 16.2:12
Printer cannot cool down. Check ambient temperature.

I checked the troubleshooting guide and don't know what to do.

I have the room in the correct temperature what could this be? How can i fix it?
