HP media solutions locator

Hey hp printer users. I am trying to download some substrate profiles and am unable to access the website. I contacted HP support 3 times. They kept trying to bill me $50 bucks before I could even speak to someone. His claim was that if I couldn't access the media substrate library, it must be because something is wrong with my printer. I hung up with him and logged into my hp account and downloaded the firmware update that had been sitting there. The printer updated with no issues. Finally, on the 3rd phone call I told the guy I was trying to reach this website www.hp.com/go/mediasolutionslocator.com
The guy trying to take my money humored me and typed in the web address and got the same 404 error code as I did. Instead of charging me the $50, they are going to check what's up with the website and why I can't access it.
Since many of you guys are so knowledgeable, I figured I'd hit you guys up.
I will say, my computer is working under windows 10 and I cant help but wonder if that's part of the problem. However, the tech support cashier told me he couldn't access it either. I don't know what version of windows he has.
Anybody got a workaround for getting the substrate profiles I need?

I actually prefer downloading outside of the printer and uploading it, because half the time the profile isn't there anyways. Not just that, I can do it all from my main workstation, but to do it on the printer I have to stand there while it slowly loads profiles, or doesn't because there were no results.

i download through my rip station. I had an issue with wireless connectivity dropping so I ended up hardwiring the printer to the rip station which now I have to do all the updates on the rip station and it talks to the printer. I kind of like that better because I don't have to stand at the printer.

on another note, when I tried to download the arlon profile from the arlon website, I got an error on the printer saying that it wouldn't accept that profile. so luckily I got the new website from chrisphilipps i was able to download the one the printer liked.
