Need Help HP Scitex FB500 Shutter calibration

we recently had to replace a lamp unit on our FB500 and everything is working but we are getting an error message W-UV-10 shutter calibration. On the screen it tells us to run the shutter calibration from the service menu. Yet we cant find it in the service menu for the life of us. Anyone know the step by step to get to it?
thanks

Follow step 2. It tells you how to get into the service menu.

From there do a shutter calibration - To calibrate it... have one person standing next to them and tell you when theyre fully open / pointing down on one side...then calibrate the other side to be the same... It's really easy to do as long as you know how to get into the menu

Also, if the error presists

Over time, the rear main reflector of the shutter will developed stress cracks from repetitive motion (where it is riveted in place-see pictures of typical reflector fail) this will result in the interference of free shutter motion. Once this occurs, the pivoting mirror will begin to rub, making excessive noise and finally throw "UV shutter" or "UV Lamp Motion Error" and refuse to run.
