Hello guys!
I have a HP scitex fb550 (2016) that seems to have all the heads in great shape...I've replaced head(s): 6, 10,11,12 with new ones that are printing the prime bar pattern well enough in my point of view! But still the printer seems to make red stripes and green ones (depending on what you print). All calibrations seems to be in great order, but when I try the "printhead x- calibration" it shows that head(s) 6,10,11,12 are out of spec and may need cleaning. Running the printer with new Nazdar ink catridges. Does anybody know why the printer makes theese lines?
Also the troubleshooter program test for printing quality shows that only Black, cyan, yellow and magenta are OK in photoplus/photo mode.
Below you can see the spcing that head(s) 6,10,11,12 have. I've tried to set voltage for the heads, but it didn't help.
