HP Scitex FB950 Lamp error

I keep getting the error code A-UV-4, "UV Lamps not parked at user or service end", mostly during N-up sheet runs. It will go to measure the new batch of media and the lamps will shut down. Most often it will stop measuring the media too and say it couldn't find the edge of a sheet. I've got an email in to HP about it but haven't heard back. Anyone else experiencing this? Not a major issue but it is slowing me down running larger quantities.
