I'm just familiarizing with this T3500, and it works fine, but when printing to 36in roll, it always prints 36x48in, regardless of the image height.
I'm using Mac (Monterey) and I'm selecting Arch E paper. I've looked through all the print job settings (handling etc), and nothing seems to get it to cut the paper right after the vertical point it stops printing. It always spools out the remainder of 48 inches.
Paper size is indeed selected in the app, and it shows 36x48inches as well, even though the truth is it could theoretically print any length from a few inches to 100 feet.
Any ideas?
