HP Vs Mimaki

I want to buy a wide format printer for Vinyl cutting. Currently I have the CJV30-160BS print and cut.
Works PERFECTLY but slow production.
I get jobs for 5000 to 10000 labels and need to print and cut and currently it takes forever!.
Because I cannot print more than 1.5 mt long as the cutting comes out bad and then setup takes time for the next job.
I have been offered either the Mimaki JV100 with plotter or the HP 335 or 630. both with plotters
I DON'T WANT TO USE CARTRIDGES under ANY circumstance.
Can anyone please suggest a printer that will meet my requirements?
I almost Always use 1.27mt wide Vinyl so really don't need anything bigger than that.
I don't want Chinese either

If you don't want to use cartridges what do you want?
HP is out because they only have cartridges. Mimaki has bottles as well.

You could just purchase a separate cutter to use with your current printer.
It will be probably 2-5 times faster because it's a separate process. Absolutely no point changing the printer if that's enough.

WHy not get a BISS for your mimaki and a seperate plotter?
Bulk ink system will reduce your ink cost dramatically and a seperate plotter will leave your printer to just print.

You for sure want a stand-alone plotter so you can cut while still printing. I would go with Summa or Graphtec. If you not wanting a cartridge per say go with Epson. They are 1.5L bags and if you get the right machine they carry backups on board that swap when one bag is empty to the fresh bag for continuous printing.
