Hi, I'm trying to load the latest firmware update for my z2100. I downloaded the software to my computer, unzipped it...Instructions are vague from this point on. How do I get the firmware to the printer? Additionally, when I downloaded and unzipped the software I managed to delete my IP address. The printer is printing but the new patches are not working. Can anyone help me? Your help is greatly appreciated.
