HP360 and reflective is short

Hello, I am trying to print on reflective V98 material on a HP360. I have talked with big systems, and they gave me settings to try but my print is still a half inch short over a 30-inch print. I downloaded the Orafol profile for V98 and it was the same issue.

I’ve seen this happen sometimes with HP360 on reflective materials. The print size being half an inch short sounds like a scaling or margin issue. Maybe try double-checking your print settings for scaling—make sure it’s set to 100% with no fit-to-page options on. Also, sometimes the printer driver or RIP software can mess with the sizing, so updating or reinstalling them might help.
