HP365 Print issue on 100% Polyester, 8 mil film

I have tried two different rolls with different lot numbers. Printed on both my 365 and 360 and the dang color calibration comes out like it. Its extremely fuzzy on the black line as you can see. The work banner looks horrible. I can put in some IJ35 and it prints fine.

I have changed the Blk/Cyan and Optimizer Print heads. i have doubled the optimizer in the profile. I can not figure it out.

Unfortunately it wont use your settings for the calibration. Use some other material for CC if you want to keep using it.

I will CC on some IJ35, should I use that profile I was using to print on the Polyester?

If it works.. You can make a copy and let it run new ICC on it if it works out.

We had the same issue a few months ago. It was a bad batch of polyester. We switched brands and the issue was solved.
