Hello to all.
I'm having issues with my printhead's cleaning process. All heads on the right (Lm,Lc and K) seem to flush less than the ones on the left. I believe there's an uneven distance between the capping unit and the carrier.
In the service manual HP mentions there's a tool for calibrating this (some kind of screw), but I haven't been able to find it here.
I'm calling for your help, if anyone knows a trick for doing this adjustment without the tool (here, not even HP technicians have it).
At least knowing the correct distance will be a lot of help.
Thank you!
