Well lads, im having a problem with K overspray, back in late november we had the prime assembly replaced and then shortly after we started to have issues with overspray and banding with K.

The overspray is always there and the banding will start at about a meter into a print if there is heavy black in the print.

The voltage is currently at 18.9 and turn it up had little to no affect. Tried multiple cleans and overnight soaks, nothing makes an impact. What can i try to get this back work because K used to print perfect on this machine

Have you tried an overnight pad cleaning? It would be the cleaning that requires the heads/carriage to sit on a pad soaked with wiper solution. Here are some other issues that could cause what you have in the picture. Nozzles clogged or partially clogged. Air leak - possibly from an o-ring at a connection joint. Ink filter - clogged or partially clogged. Cap not seating properly to the head surface.
