I'm starting work at a new shop on Monday, and they have a brand new HPL26500. I've never worked with one before, and I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips. I believe they're using Flexi for the rip, which is something else I've never done..For reference, I've worked with Roland XC-540MT, XS-540 (iwth Versaworrks), and an Epson 30670 (with Onyx). Thanks!

Limiting the ink and printing at a higher number of passes will fix a lot of issues. Don't be afraid of using higher number of passes, it actually uses the same amount of ink. It's just more time.

The printer works great for leaving complete rolls over night.

They are solid machines.
