I believe I have been scammed

About 3 weeks ago I ordered (and paid for) some plastic insurance card sleeves from getpromo.com out of Brooklyn, NY and 3 weeks later nothing. I have attempted emailing and calling the past 5 or 6 days and no answer or response. Has anyone delt with this company?
