Need Help I have a Mutoh 1628 help

Hi I have a Mutoh 1628 direct to fabric printer. I have replaced the head with a new one and have all the colours except black won’t come out, I have all ink colours at the dampers but for some reason there is no black, if I take the head out of this machine and put it into another machine it works fine so I know the head is okay….has anyone got any idea’s of what it could be ..help

Hey there! I just bought a 1628TD and I have a question. Sorry I can't help you, but I cant even find out what inks I can use in this plotter. I bought it for a steal and was going to find a use for it...Unfortunately, I cannot even find the ink for it! lol
