I need a file converted

I have an EPS.file that was made in a newer Illustrator. I need it converted down to CS2 ( or Illustrator 10 ) I tried the drag and drop trick but nothing seems to work.

Can someone convert this down and send it back to me.

Place the file in a new document, then expand the transparency with vectors set to 100 and convert all text to outlines. I think that should work normally.
