I need a vandal proof eagle ( As If )

I need a vandal proof eagle to go on top of a monument sign.

2 ft +- wide and Hight to scale demintional Eagle.

Can this be done out of Aluminum or any other Louisville Slugger proof material?

Concrete is reasonably vandal proof. Check out the shops that do the concrete bird baths.

I have seen eagles cast in bronze also.
