I need something cut out that is over 30" wide - can anyone help?

I need something cut out that is over 30" wide - can anyone help? Basically just three lines of text in the center of a square 34" x 32". I will provide the vinyl, a 48" wide sheet of translucent and pay for the service and all shipping. Please let me know if you can help.
