Good Morning I need a help
I need to slow down the print my plotter "neo print" DX5 olso named Gerprint DX5 at 68% down , this because I changing the DX5 print head and the new print head is Epson original and does not recognize the unblocking card, apparently the print head now recognized that the plotter is faster than epson using the DX5 print head, so I need to test lowering the print speed of my plotter, the software I use is the iPrint Enterprise Version, and the driver is the "Printer Control Software"
The iPrint Software have an space called "motion Mode" but is locked, apparently is necessary iPrint Service Program Mode , anyone knows this detail
How can I do that?
