Hi, below are 2 pictures of my problem that started a while ago.The first one shows what happens when I print in unidirectional or bidirectional, you can see uni is fine but bi is full of black lines. The second shows printing bidirectional so the lines appear but at different scan-print speeds. The lines are always black and always the same and random and never happen when printing report or fill test or anything stored in the hardware of the printer even at full speed. The same on paper or vinyl so I dont think its static. The machine has a new encoder strip and cleaned eyeball with no change and all boards and ribbons seem tight. . . Roland-SC-540....
