yeah the big limitation is you have to have the font in your system...I dont have street bold on my system installed or not, so it didnt find it

I get no match because I don't have the font on my computer. Trying it in FontExpert, I get no match because it isn't in my database of roughly 40,000 fonts. Or, in either case, I might get no match because the font may have been modified out of range of the tolerance of the matching.

Only found very different results for Oxford, but Sportowy looks like what they started with.

OXFORD (regular) is/was a ProFonts remastered digital version of a typeface of the same name originally designed by Christine Lord in 1960. Letraset distributed it as a Dry Transfer Type. ProFonts now distributes it as SPORTOWY. I would think that it is out there somewhere, remixed by someone as a solid individual non-connecting character set.
