iecho bk3 1317 The circle cannot be cut. Do any of you know?

We are an advertising company using the BK3 1317 model in Korea.

Rectangle, rounding rectangle, dombo are all cut without any problem, but

Only circles cannot be cut....

No matter how many parameters are set, if only circle data is passed, the machine returns to the origin...

Have any of you experienced the same symptoms?
We need your help...

I don't have one of these but was researching this manufacturer (comparing to Colex, etc.) in our search for a flatbed cutter.
Keep us posted if you find a solution. So far it sounds like a bit of a headache.

I can tell you from our history with iEcho; they do not accept single-point arcs. We have found you need at least 8 points on a circle to get it to cut accurately.

I have the same experience with Onyx and Summa.
Sometimes i had to add points manually to get it right.
