Question Illuminated green arrows and red "X"s

I have a client who runs an auto dealership with four car lanes in her Service area (those lanes where you drive/leave your car with a service tech). She wants to mount signs on the building that overhangs these lanes with an illuminated green arrow and a red "X" over each lane. She needs to be able to control which lanes have the green arrow vs. red "X" illuminated, based on how busy they are at any given point during the day.

Is there a company that sells these green arrows and red "X"s off the shelf? Or do we need to design / fabricate them from scratch?
