Illustrator CS

I need some help please...

In Illustrator CS, when I goto save or export a file with drop shadows in the design, I get this msg. (When spot colours are used with transparency, changing them to process colours outside of Illustrator can generate unexpected results) In most files the drop shadow gets a bunch of white lines going through the shadow.

Anyone know how I would correct this problem, It's probably something real simple.

All you need to do is find any spot colors in the swatches pallette and change them over to process/CMYK via double clicking them.
