Illustrator Cs5 Side-by-side Configuration Error?

All of a sudden I get this error when trying to open illustrator. From what I can find online its has to do with my Microsoft Visual C++ and some libraries have become. I've trying reinstalling a few but I get the same error.

Anyone ever have this Problem?
