Illustrator to Versa Works Grayscale

How come when I print some things from Ill. to Roland Versa Works
it turns the graphics into a grayscale. What am I doing wrong

Only time I have seen that was with some strange spot colors.
What happens when you print with basic RGB?
Are you importing into Versa or printing striaght from ILL. ?

If printing straight from ILL. check your ILL. print options.

Versa Works turning graphics into grayscale

is a banner done in Ill. it has gaussin drop shadows. When I print it to the Roland Versa Works rip it turns the whole graphic to grayscale.

It has also happen with a photoshop graphic. You open the photoshop .eps in Ill. print it to versaworks it turns gray. but if you add to the queue through Versa Works without using Illustrator, it seems to work but it has been with RGB .jpg files

Can any experts tell me what I'm doing wrong

printing straight from

Illustrator thats where the problem lies. If I add to queue from Versa Works that seems to help. But I want to be able to print from Ill.

when I print from Illustrator I use these settings........ and the color are fine, if not I will get the image in gray scale...

try the highlighted settings in this image
