Need Help I'm using Epson Sure Color S60610, but ink is forming on the head.

I'm using Epson Sure Color S60610, but ink is forming on the head.

The nozzle and printing work well too.

If the ink forms as shown in the video below and you print, only the first part will be inked on the paper pressing plate.
Other than that, the output comes out without any problems.

Is the damper the problem or the head the problem?

We have had this poblem also before on our S80600
mechanic then changed the Duct / damper and the problem was solved
