Image Quality Agfa Annapurna M2050

I hope you are doing well.
We have an Agfa Annapurna M2050 machine with an image quality issue:

  • All colors appear to have black mixed in, and the color tones look slightly darker than expected.
  • Issue with Black:
Yesterday, we printed on Alucobond material, and today we noticed a bubble forming in the black area.
  • Additionally, the black ink appears noticeably thicker than the other colors, even when printed on different materials like foam.
While all other colors adhere well to the material and appear consistent, the black ink seems thicker and easier to remove.
Please note that the black print head is new, and we have changed the UV settings from Normal to Both and the same ,increased the UV power and decreased the print speed, all same issue.

It’s all about your print!
If all colors appear to have black mixed in their is an issue with overprint either in your rip or in your file.
That blank ink appears to have some kind of solvent in it and isn't curing properly. That's what it typically looks like if your putting more ink down than can be cured properly.
