This is why you should never shirk on quality digitizing.
The first one is underlay peaking out from the edges of hat embroidery. One of two spots.
The second one, that gap shouldn't be there, in fact, based on the original design, the vertical line should be tucked underneath the horizontal line to maintain the visual of the design. Based on what I could tell, that section was actually embroidered last. This one also had a lot of other issues which contributed to how big that final gap was as well.
