In need of decals

Hello from Indiana, first time poster, long time member.
I am in need of 1500 decals that need to be split backed and printed on an ultra metallic vinyl and die cut. We don't have the ability to split the backs.
Does anyone have these capabilities?

Thanks Jill, tried them but they don't print on the ultra.
HD - never knew you could get this. Does it work well? Any learning curve?

Simple. You just need to practice with each media's backing paper. I use big ruler and go straight down the middle of each row.

Pat, do they have a special plotter for splitting the backs?

Rollem is what we use.

This is okay for ones and twos....but not 1000's of screenprinted decals.

I can slit the backs of 1000 6x3 decals in 2 minutes.
