In search of some foam board edge trim

I am in search of a supplier that handles foam board edge trim. I am looking for what you see in the photo. A customer supplied this trim to me for a project he needs and I am having a hard time locating this item. It will need to fit on 3/16" foam board. Anyone that can help will be appreciated.
